Not a "Secret" Technique
" To be honest, when I purchased the Linden Method part of me was expecting the program to reveal some hidden or secret "trick" to use to instantly get rid of anxiety. I was also ready to declare this trick a scam. You know one of those things that says breathe deeply and tap your shoes together six times while chanting in your head!
In reality, this program does not have a secret or trick technique but all seems to be based upon solid psychology theory (although I think Charles would deny this as he seems to want to see himself as a bit of a renegade!)
The big value is the way in which this solid information is presented so that you can see how and when to use it and what fits with what. It is that slight twist he gives things that is very helpful and makes sense."
Relaxation Tools Very Helpful
