Click the link to download a detailed PDF file. The information covers causes, symptoms and treatments.
It also covers information on coping and finding help. This is a very good site with lots of free information.
There's also information for other anxiety disorders. If you scroll down their page, you will find contact information as well as a toll-free number.
Another great resource is
http://www.emofree.com/
It's called Emotional Freedom Techniques, which are based on your body's subtle energies.
If you scroll down the their main page, there is a link which offers a free 'get started' package directly into your e-mail box. Thousands of people have used their program successfully.
EFT claims to work where other treatments have failed. It offers help with other issues as well, not just those that deal with panic attacks. EFT will probably help you, so it's worth getting the free information.
Another site I found has a huge list of PDF files on panic attacks that you can read.
Each PDF file features information plus workbook type questions and activities -- all to do with understanding panic attacks -- and trying to help you cope. It is worth looking at, and it's free! Its focus is on examining the thoughts and reactions you have to panic and working on replacing these with more constructive realistic thoughts.
Hopefully, these resources will prove beneficial to many people. Use it to gain free panic and anxiety attack information and make changes to start living again.
I will add more to this list as I come across online resources that would be of use to you.
